stevedawg85 2 Posted March 26, 2016 Share Posted March 26, 2016 I have 3 Amazon Fire boxes and a Win PC running kodi. I have the Kodi Emby addon installed on all boxes and I can successfully play content from them all. I just realized, no matter what device I use, it is not finding new media besides from my initial setup (a week ago). I was only able to find the new media by turning on "show syncing progress" in the Emby config from Kodi. Even then it takes forever as it seems to rescan all of my media only to find the handful of new content. To make things worse, when I boot up another Kodi box, I have to go through this process again. It still does not show new content even though the box upstairs has it. For what it's worth, I use the regular Emby addon itself, and that finds new media ASAP. So Emby definitely knows it's there, Kodi just has to be kicked a couple times to find it.
