The use of data storage instead of cache

I spotted this behavior before but only now I decided to take a screenshot of it and report it. it looks like emby is actually using data storage instead of cache to store all of the dowloaded the data.

This is not new behavior I've seen it in earlier versions of the client as well. The image should clarify this issue quite a bit.

As you can see there are a hundred or so megabytes used data on the data storage and the cache is almost empty.

What this means is that I cannot delete any pictures or other data that has been downloaded from the server, without deleting all my credentials in the process.
