Update recordings gui for manually deleted files

I am trying to see what process updates the recorded tv section of gui based on the location where recordings are stored.

I am using mcebuddy to do the conversion to mp4 and remove commercials, as part of this process I tell it to delete the source file after conversion.

 

Unfortunately after this process the recordings are still visible in the GUI even after kicking off the library scan and DB cleanup scheduled tasks. The source recording and series folders are gone, how can I get the gui to update this change in the recorded tv section?

 

I am running current stable version in a Docker which is running great. I posted here since it is more or less a general question not related to the platform itself. Thanks
