The beta version corrected the ipv6 address to the proper format (i.e. http://[2601:1c1:....]:8096)

Now whether you can actually access your server from the outside using the ipv6 address is another matter.I haven't been able to do so, even though I've turned off the ipv6 firewall on my router.

I can however get to the ipv6 address from within my house at least. Unfortunately that doesn't help with Emby Connect.

Problem resolved, I recently switched services with Comcast and installed a new modem to be in compliance with them...  it was acting as a router.   I had to have them put it into Bridge modem and disable all of it's router functions.  So now I am able to utilize my normal router (Netgear R6300) utilities.
