Theatre fails to playback when subtitles are available

Hello!

 

Just wanted to ask if someone else is experiencing that playback randomly stops (I'm betting it happens when it tries to show subtitles)

 

Attached is a log when it tries to play a file that has an external subtitle, if i disable subtitles in theater and try again it works perfectly!

 

and the only line that differs in the log when subtitles are off is this line is missing :

I should add that clicking that link on my network gets me the subtitle, maybe it's an parsing error or something?

 

*edit*

 

switching the subtitle option from "smart" to "always show" does not allow anything to be played at all, and with smart enabled it stops playing as soon as the first line of said subtitle is supposed to be displayed.

 

And as soon as i chose never it works flawlessly again.
