8096 port won't open

I had been able to connect to the server via the iphone app for a while now and then it suddenly stopped allowing me to connect, saying it can't reach the server. I have the port forwarded in my router and allowed on my windows firewall but when I test it on a port checker site, it still says the port is closed. I actually never tested the port when it was working, so I'm not sure if that was always the case (probably not). I've tried both dynamic and static IP (currently set to static). This has been going on for days so the computer/server has been reset multiple times and multiple phones are unable to connect. Any suggestions?

 

 

EDIT: Reading through older posts I saw someone had "mediabrowser" auto blocked by the windows firewall and sure enough I did too, so it is working now. However, the port still says closed upon testing... so I'm not really sure what is going on with that, though I suppose it doesn't matter at this point.

Please post the first 100 lines of your last server log. The first lines shows a lot of stuff and which port is opened for what reason. So they would help you find the solution.
