Right click Shuffle

In the web client I right click on my music then click Shuffle, how do i do that in the android app?

Just to be clear, I was talking about the web client from chrome on windows 10. On android the web client, or the app, long touch ( right click ) has been reused for the multi select thing.

 

So my solution was to make a play list named (all) with all my music in it. 

Its one extra touch, but it works.

Have you tried just clicking play? If you click play on an artist, album or genre it should give you play options

Sure and that would be fine if i wanted to listen to one artist, album or genre. I just want to as quickly as possible start playing randomly from ALL my music. Using a playlist and moving Playlists to the top of My Media works ok.

 

I do think it would have been better and more consistent to have long touch bring up the same right click menu from the web client with the multi select thing as an option in there.

Just as another option, starting an "Instant Mix" on an album, artist or song can produce something close to what you are after - a random selection across all of your media.
