Ultimately the auto organize feature in the Android Mobile app is displaying HTML tags inline with the content when clicking a button to organize a file. Problem limited to Android Mobile app. Not reproducible in desktop web interface. Forgot to test in mobile web interface. Will edit post with results on that later.
