As the title indicates i have 3 HDHR Primes for a total of 9 tuners.  Emby picks up the primes and tuners just fine.  When downloading guide data every single channel shows twice... once with programming data and once blank (no programming data).  I have no other pvr plugins installed... just the core live tv functionality.  I've manually refreshed the guide data and this had not effect on issue.  Any thoughts on how to remove/prevent the duplicate channels?

You don't say how you server is configured - but if Windows - go to:

%appdata%\Emby-Server\cache\embytvepg and delete all the .json files.  Then restart Emby Server and refresh your guide.

actually don't do that. the channels should be merged when emby thinks they are the same channel.

find the ip addresses of each of your hdhomerun tuners and open

http://{ip}/lineup.json

Are the lineups identical, including guide names?

Sorry, just now circling back to this.  I did not delete any files and I did check the lineups as you suggested.  At first glance they are identical.  Below is a copy of them for just one channel:

{"GuideNumber":"4","GuideName":"WCMHHD","HD":1,"URL":"http://192.168.1.59:5004/auto/v4"},
{"GuideNumber":"4","GuideName":"WCMHHD","HD":1,"URL":"http://192.168.1.32:5004/auto/v4"},
{"GuideNumber":"4","GuideName":"WCMHHD","HD":1,"URL":"http://192.168.1.93:5004/auto/v4"},

Every single channel in the guide is duplicated with the first channel not having any programming data and the second channel showing the programming data.

Ok, sorry, i can't reproduce this. recently there have been some changes in the way data is stored for new tuners. what i would do is try removing all three tuners, run the refresh guide operation (which should kick off automatically as a result). then when that finishes, add them back. Also, make sure all three are on the same firmware version.

Did as suggested... removed all 3 tuners, ran guide update, added all 3 tuners back, ran guide update.  Issue resolved.
