strikegun 2
Hi, first I thought I have here premiere problems, but it seems I have trouble with specific movies if they have subtitles. Over theater or the web portal and local there are not problems. It is just over android mobile app. I stopped the time, from starting a movie until it really started. 2:01 minutes. Movies without subtitles start immediately. It even doesn't help, if I switch off the subtitles in the app. I have here also the logs. Hope there are no sensible data. If yes, please inform me. ebr 14949
This is going to be a problem with some types of internal subtitles because they have to be extracted from the video and then re-burned in. If you can switch to external subtitles, the experience will be much, much better.
Luke 37192
it shouldn't be burning those in. since you're on the beta, it could be related to recent subtitle-related changes that i've made. you'll likely just have to wait for that work to complete. strikegun 2
I demuxed the subtitles and now I have them as separate file in the movie folder. And it works now great. The android app starts the movie immediately.
