Lost Focus x 2

Really loving the new Theater app and if I can sort these last few niggles I'll probably be able to get shut of the WMC client (and Win7 for that matter) so hopefully easy fixes:

 

1.  If I'm playing a video and enable subtitles (by pressing down and then right onto 'CC', then OK) I lose the ability to bring up that menu again.  If I stop playback entirely and return to the detail view (play, stop and pause still work) then when I go back in, I can access the menu again.  The upshot is I get one chance to turn on or off subtitles during playback, then have to stop and restart to get the functionality back.

 

2.  I think this is in Github, but I suffer from the problem of playing media then returning to the home screen and not having any focus, i.e. not able to move a selection box around or do anything.  Is there a fix in hand for this?
