Emby Theater from Remote Location

I'm trying to setup ET for my brother so he can access my server. He's a user on my server with his emby connect account linked. Now whenever we go to login after verify with pin it just goes back to the screen to select server instead of selecting a user and proceeding. When you select a server or emby connect it goes back to he pin verification. It does this even when I use my emby connect Id. How can I fix this?

I'll have to look at it but it's probably failing to connect and then instead of showing an error message just bouncing you around.

Thanks for the response and looking in to it. I tried at another location with Chrome and I have the same result. Interestingly, on my iPhone I'm able to with Chrome but I have a feeling that's because my initial try was while connected to the LAN the emby server is on. I just tried with Safari on my iPhone (offsite) and it's the same result, just back to the server selection loop.

i haven't been able to reproduce it. No problem found. If he's using the web version, make sure he's using the http url if your emby server is not setup for https yet.

Thanks for the reply. Tried both web version (via http) and the actual windows app itself. Same issue with both however ,no issues connecting via the non-theater web browser version; just with Emby Theater. Seeing as they're using a laptop connected to a television, Emby Theater would be best for the remote support. I'll have him uninstall/reinstall as well as clear cache and cookies for the browser and see if that helps at all.
