rcarteraz 12 Posted March 6, 2016 Share Posted March 6, 2016 I'm trying to setup ET for my brother so he can access my server. He's a user on my server with his emby connect account linked. Now whenever we go to login after verify with pin it just goes back to the screen to select server instead of selecting a user and proceeding. When you select a server or emby connect it goes back to he pin verification. It does this even when I use my emby connect Id. How can I fix this? Thanks for the response and looking in to it. I tried at another location with Chrome and I have the same result. Interestingly, on my iPhone I'm able to with Chrome but I have a feeling that's because my initial try was while connected to the LAN the emby server is on. Tried both web version (via http) and the actual windows app itself. Same issue with both however ,no issues connecting via the non-theater web browser version; just with Emby Theater. Seeing as they're using a laptop connected to a television, Emby Theater would be best for the remote support. I'll have him uninstall/reinstall as well as clear cache and cookies for the browser and see if that helps at all. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
