Z0m8ie 26 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 I just changed afew special folder posters around and have now noticed some of them are not displaying. The posters are in the root folder like this: /TV Series /season01 /Specials /folder.jpg /season-specials-poster.jpg Is season-specials-poster.jpg the correct naimng convention?
ebr 15545 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 I don't believe we recognize that. Where did that convention come from? Just put a 'folder.jpg' in the 'Specials' folder.
Luke 39303 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 it's an xbmc convention, and we recognize it. @@sfnetwork, can you give it a test? thanks.
sfnetwork 514 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 Should be like this: season-specials-(poster/banner/fanart).(png/jpg)So IF MB server reads it, it's in the correct naming convention following Frodo standards. (first post) Now, the question, does MB server supports it? I'll test this when I get home (On my way ) 1

sfnetwork 514 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 (edited) I just changed afew special folder posters around and have now noticed some of them are not displaying. The posters are in the root folder like this: /TV Series /season01 /Specials /folder.jpg /season-specials-poster.jpg Is season-specials-poster.jpg the correct naimng convention? The problem, from my tests, is that your "specials" season folder needs to be named "Season 00" (MB will show you "special"). And poster works. See the structure (confirmed it works): Edited December 22, 2013 by sfnetwork 1
Solution Luke 39303 Posted December 22, 2013 Solution Posted December 22, 2013 Thanks SF! I'll fix it so that Specials is determined as season 0 2
Z0m8ie 26 Posted December 22, 2013 Author Posted December 22, 2013 Sorry for the delay in getting back, on australian time here . Reps to SF & Luke for jumping on this, I thought I hit upon something with this one. @@Luke, will I need to rename my special folders or shall I wait till you fixed up the convention?.
Luke 39303 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 well if you want it to start working now you might as well rename
