Which Remote And Receiver?

I'm thinking of getting a remote and receiver for a Windows PC.

I've looked at Flirc as the receiver but the remotes range from the really nasty £5 specials on Ebay to £100's for those posh jobs with screens built into them. I don't mind paying for a decent one I can move between PC's (All Windows) but I can't justify the top end ones prices.

Up to £100 for both...Any ideas?

Thanks CFC

I use an RC6 (Toshiba) on my NUC but not all the buttons work. I've looked for an editor but never came up with anything.

The Toshiba remote is ok, a bit on the big side. I have a spare one that could be used but wasn't sure it would work with FLIRC.

I've ordered the FLIRC. Bit cheaper than I thought at £18

I'm going to test it on the Toshiba RC6 remote for now and look for a better remote over the coming weeks.

I have used "intelli-remote" as an editor in the past and it worked well for me :)
