Good day,

Sorry if I did not search more on this, but as the thread title said:

56cb96d88f584_20160223_21125.jpg

56cb970c81925_20160223_21233.jpg

Reason for using this type for library because they have tv and movies type within them, any way around that to not display as duplicated (as the reason I see it, it display one for tv and one for movies type as it seem).

Or installing new theme/skin will solve this matters?

My best

Kodi doesn't support mixed content, so we have no choice but to create two entry points for the same Emby view (one for movies, the other for tv shows).

They should have different naming, and be clearly marked as Documentary - movies and Documentary - tvshows... I will look into this, because it looks like it's failing to do this.

Install this zip over your version (Kodi settings > add-ons > install from zip), you may need to restart Kodi. Let me know if you see Documentary - movies, Documentary - tvshows, etc. Thanks!

Good day buddy,

Well done, working well.

One issue tho, for the library "Plays in arabic" as the library name:

المسرحيات

So before the fix is like this in duplicated:

Many thanks buddy and well done.

I also found another issue:

The tv series library for arabic, as it is here at emby web client:

At kodi for emby is not there under video - library, if I go to tv show, I found them there:

Can you try this build? Launch the Emby for Kodi add-on > Refresh Emby playlist/nodes

Let me know if it resolves the first problem (where the label is missing next to - movies - tvshows). I'm still looking into the second issue.

Is the TV show library in post #7 still missing? I can't seem to reproduce this one.... Hmm... Is it a new library you added after syncing to Kodi?

No, I doubt it. Ok, can you do this: Go to the emby add-on settings > advanced > set the log level to debug. Press ok, then restart Kodi and wait one minute or two, then post the Kodi log? Thanks.

No, your log is incorrect. Please disable Kodi debug, we just need the emby add-on debug enabled. :) Go to the emby add-on, open the settings for it > advanced tab (it's the last one) and change the add-on log level to Debug.

ah, that it, ok I found issue when you go to that setting, and you click the arrow next to "Extra" it do not display anything, I had to use the keyboard arrow key to be able to see that "Advanced" menu option :)

Here the log:

Ok, I see the problem. It's because video nodes xml are written to disk, but since there's no ascii substitution for the label, it simply returns blank so no folders get created in Kodi... I will have to see what we can possibly do....

Maybe instead, we should use the view Id instead of the name....

Let me know if this build works. You'll need to  Launch the Emby for Kodi add-on > Refresh Emby playlist/nodes again after installing the new build. Let me know if you still face any issues. Thanks

I had to change the file naming unfortunately, otherwise it created major issues. Now it uses the view id, but that means people will need to recreate shortcuts... :(  but it will not change moving forward if you confirm that your issues are resolved.

Good day,

It did not solve the issue as you see:

As it give same name for "Plays" and "TV Series" for arabic naming.

Also when I try to do refresh playlist I get error:

Here the kodi for empy log:

Alright this build should allow you to refresh playlist and video nodes and therefore correct the other issues, since it will no longer crash on the error. Sorry for the wait Abo. Let me know.
