jds828 24
App: All Being a partially deaf bloke subtitles are a must for me to fully enjoy videos. I was a bit disappointed after trying apps on Win 10, IOS and Emby Theater that most didn't work. I try to cover all the bases if I mux video and include srt and VobSub in mkv and have tx3 in M4V and MP4 files. I don't think i'm doing anything wrong as other players have no problems with my subtitles but I'm always open to better ideas. Another issue I have is, when the subtitles work you get no option to resize or change the on screen position. My eyes are fairly good so I don't need huge subtitles on the screen.Without doubt I have found the Android TV app the best all rounder up to now. Would it be possible to add more options for subtitles in apps?
Luke 37178
the next release of the iOS app will resolve the subtitle issues. Yes at some point I'm sure we'll add subtitle styling settings.

K1ng_Lear 185
Can we have direct play support for vobsub on the android tv app, too? Also would it be nice to change text Color when we watch srt sub.
ebr 14948
Also would it be nice to change text Color when we watch srt sub. That feature is currently in beta. Can we have direct play support for vobsub on the android tv app, too? We'd like to but this isn't a simple task.
