Can no longer connect to server out of the blue

Hi,

The app (paid version) was working fine and I could connect to the server on my LAN and play videos just fine until the latest updates. Last I used it was about 7-10 days ago.

The server is on Windows v3.0.5818.0 (it also had some automatic updates in that time frame) and I haven't changed the server config.

Now the app starts and says "Connection Failure: We're unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again".

NOTE: I can connect to it and play videos from other machines on the same LAN, using Kodi or a browser, e.g. my Mac laptop.

The Emby android logs say:

The only message in the server log that show the Android's IP address (this is repeated several times):

2016-01-29 18:55:28.3764 Info App: Udp message sent to 192.168.1.100:49959

Any clues?

I restarted the app. It detects the server and lists it. I can tap on it and when I do I get the above error (several times in a row). I then ignored the detected server and I added manually the same server using the IP address, and it then displayed the username and allowed me to enter a password. Then it worked.

This is weird.
