trakt playstate import completes, but doesn't update watched status

I recently moved to a new install of emby and I want to get my old watched states back. I had trakt working under the old setup. I can see under the new setup that emby is correctly updating trakt with new views, but it is not pulling down existing watch status.

Emby version: Version 3.0.5786.0

Trakt plugin version: 3.0.5810.33434

yes i guess the plugin doesn't do this by default and you need to manuallly run the trakt import scheduled tasks

I thought that's what I was doing and what generated the log above. What I did was go to scheduled tasks and click the entry under Trakt labeled "Import playstates from Trakt.tv". I let that run to completion (according to the green bar below the the task item". That's what generated those logs. I also gave it a trigger "Daily at 3:00 am".

In the trakt plugin menu I have username and password filled in, and those must be accurate since Emby is writing into trakt okay. No locations are excluded, "Add Extra Logs" is checked, and "Skip unwatched import from trakt" and "Export MediaInfo Metadata" are unchecked. I only have one Emby user set up, and that the used selected under "Configure Trakt for".

Is there another configuration I'm missing?
