Jurre 0 Posted January 24, 2016 Share Posted January 24, 2016 Hello, I ripped all my movies from dvd to .mkv files that are encoded using h264, these files also contain the subtitels within them. If I manually add the location of the server using smb to kodi, I can select the subtitels there, they are then named English (Included), Spanish (Included), English (external), Spanish (external). However if I play them trough the emby for kodi plugin it only lists the external subtitels, and I cannot select the included ones. The problem with this is that some of the automatically downloaded subtitles are out of sync, even though the included one is fine. How do i solve this issue? xnappo 1593 Posted January 24, 2016 Share Posted January 24, 2016 It sounds like you are not successfully 'direct playing'.
