But when saving the correct credentials Emby for Kodi can't gain access. Credentials are correct I have tested using my work laptop for the first time and connected fine. What could be wrong? Angelblue05 4130 Posted January 16, 2016 Share Posted January 16, 2016 You may need to restart kodi after entering the credentials for them to be properly loaded. Just make sure that the server name is the same as as found in your emby paths so Kodi can associate the credentials to the correct paths. I was using my Microsoft login email address for credentials but didn't need too. Direct play is now possible again.
