Any ideas? mbc-install.log Configurator-131220135b4a4ea39b0c4e349862ad25eb95e623.log Migration-131220136c335c5b09594f16a80fcce6bf489e5e.log
ebr 14944
I don't see an error in that configurator log. What happens when you run it? Also, there should be a .net error in your Windows Event Log from when MBMigrate crashed. MBMigrate doesn't do anything so that really isn't a big deal but we need to know what went wrong. ebr 14944
Something is wrong with .net on your machine. What OS? Did you install any other applications since this was working? You can try to re-install or repair .net through add remove programs/windows components.

ebr 14944
is MBT a wpf/.net format because I just redownloaded that and it installed fine - Im just having trouble with MBC Yes, but it is .net 4.5. MBC/the configurator are .net 3.5 (because that is required for WMC). I don't know what else to try other than a system restore back to before that .net update. djlf 40
Ok just checked to see and I think 3.5 is installed but not 3.5 sp1 - is there a difference. I tried to install 3.5 sp1 but I get a setup error? any ideas??
ebr 14944
Yes, it needs to be sp1. Try googling not being able to install it. Something on your machine is messing it up.
djlf 40
.NET verification tool is verifying that 3.5 sp1 is installed. Ive used .net clean up tool and reinstalled all but still getting the error as in previous post when I try to install MBC. I am at a loss noe Any other reasons that this is happening, Can I find out some other way what the problem might be??
ebr 14944
Sorry, I have no idea either. Do you have a different machine you could test on?
djlf 40
Does the above info hint at an issue with .net 2.0??
