Canceling file download

Hi, 

 

Is there a way to cancel file download?

 

If I start to download a movie/file but change my mind and want to cancel it always resumes.

I've turned off Wifi, mobile data and even restart my phone. But as soon as I have wifi (at home) or mobile connection the Android download manager resumes the download.

Hi, welcome. I honestly don't know the answer to this because we are just passing the download off for the system to handle. I imagine you would have to cancel within the download manager.

Yeah it would be nice to ixney a download if the need arises. It does initiate the dl in the OS, I couldn't figure out how to cancel it in Android though. Oh well.

 

The android app overall is sick! Just been playing with it now. Love having my entire library available in bed. Seems to work very well. Also the ability to tinker with the server settings and metadata on a mobile device is quite addicting. Enjoying Emby theater too, very polished for an alpha/beta. Keep up the great work!

When I click download nothing happens, what is the default directory that it downloads to?
