DarkKniyt (John) 5 Posted January 10, 2016 Share Posted January 10, 2016 I've started having an issue when trying to connect to Emby on my Fire TV box. When I select Emby it tries to automatically connect (I ses "Loadin") on the screen for about 30 seceonds or so. I then receive the "Error Signing In" message. I select "No" to send report. I then get to the "Select a Server" or "Other Options" screen. The problem is this.... Under "Other Options" I see the "Enter Manually" and the "Logout of Connect", which I'm assuming means I'm connected to "Emby Connect". When I look at the "Select a Server" box it shows my Server, but the IP Adress is wrong. I went to Emby Connect on the web and when I sign in there the IP is correct and I can sign in just fine. Back on the Fire TV if I select to "Enter Manually", I can enter the correct IP and sign in just fine. Of course, I have to do this each time I want to watch Emby. Try clicking 'clear data' (Settings/Apps/Emby Android TV) next time your on your local network. The client will have to rediscover the server and then see if the remote issue persists after that.
