Emby wont load!

Have had emby for about 8 months or so.

Upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10 about 2 month ago. 

First time having this problem.

 

When i try to open up the sever, it loads to about 95% and stops. 

 

Ive tried going in in manually turning on ports 8096 & 8920 but to no avail. Anyone have this issue or know how to fix it?

slight problem.... i'm not computer illiterate but unfort, by no means in the IT department.
 

since i cant get the sever up, accessing the server's web interface directly doesnt work

and theres no folder labled "Emby-Server", just "Emby-InstallLogs" and the files with in say that the installation completed.

Is it possible an anti-virus program quarantined or deleted portions of the server?

no anti virus installed in the PC

instead of the folder Emby-Server, try MediaBrowser-Server, which you might have depending on how old your installation is.

 

I think what the log is going to show us is that it's just taking a long time to download ffmpeg, but I guess we'll find out.

thank you.  I was able to obtain that log lol

 

I've even left the sever on over night to see if it was timing issue but that didnt seem to work.

that can't be the entire thing. that's not how the logs begin.

in any event, my suggestion is to go into the plugins folder, and remove all plugin dlls, then restart the server. if it loads back up, then add the plugins back one at a time
