Defaulting multiple audio tracks for multiple clients?

Not sure where to put this since it involves both ET and Roku clients, or if it's something that can be handled on the backend with the server.

Anyway, currently I'll rip something with a DTS-MA track into an MKV so that it has the original plus an AAC/MP3 track for better streaming/transcoding to the Roku. However the tool I use always forces me to have to pick which should be the default inside the file. My experience so far has been that, if the DTS-MA track is default I have to change that on the Roku, or if the AAC or MP3 track is the default I have to change it in ET.

Is there some way to be able to have both clients automatically pick the best audio track?

I recently played around with this and unless i missed something, the only way i made it work in my case is to have two files. One with 5.1 dts for my home theater and one with stereo aac for tablets etc... i wish i found a way to also have two default tracks in a single file...
