revengineer 125
After a 2-month break, I took another look at live TV on emby server v3.0.5783.0. I found it much improved compared to 2 months ago when it was unusable for me. Live TV now works nicely on Chrome, Android, and Fire TV Stick. However, I am having no luck on Firefox v43.0.1, which is presently the latest version. Upon starting a TV show, the ffmpeg process starts on the server and lock one of the HD homerun tuners. Firefox shows the player but the content never shows. Upon clicking the X in the upper right corner, the player quits but the ffmped process stays alive, resulting in one of the orphaned ffmpeg processes reported in several posts. The process is 100% reproducible. If the devs can reproduce this, this may be an opportunity to attach the orphaned ffmpeg process issue. My logs are attached. Help greatly appreciated. transcode.txt serverlog.txt
Luke 37065
I can reproduce. Use chrome for now.
revengineer 125
Fantastic, Luke. While looking at the html5 web client, there is also a cosmetic bug in the volume slider, where the position of the circle does not agree with the end of the green bar once the slider is released.
