bren1 0
Have an issue with an LG TV where some files won't play when browsed from the TV (seems to be mainly avi files with mpeg4 codec). They do when using PlayTo from the web GUI. Looked at the logs, and discovered the TV isn't picking up a profile: 2016-01-01 14:10:09.2474 Info Dlna: No matching device profile found. The default will need to be used. DeviceDescription: FriendlyName:[TV]55LM6410-TB Manufacturer:LG Electronics ManufacturerUrl:http://www.lge.com ModelDescription:UPnP Media Renderer 1.0 ModelName:LG TV ModelNumber:1.0 ModelUrl:http://www.lge.com/ SerialNumber:123456789001 2016-01-01 14:10:09.2474 Info Dlna: DLNA Session created for [TV]55LM6410-TB - LG TV 2016-01-01 14:10:09.5674 Info HttpServer: HTTP POST http://192.168.1.10:8096/dlna/68e3d4a98c4f85658ad9acdce1a5f721/contentdirectory/control. UserAgent: Linux/2.6.35 UPnP/1.0 DLNADOC/1.50 INTEL_NMPR/2.0 LGE_DLNA_SDK/1.6.0 Have tried custom profile with and without FriendlyName, and using LGE_DLNA_SDK in HTTP Header (as suggested in another post), but still can't get the TV to pick up a profile. Happy2Play 8317
Have you tried a profile without the http header and just friendlyname and modelname?
bren1 0
Yes, tried that. Same result "No matching device profile found" Installed the latest update available for the TV, still no change.

Luke 37132
Hi, I am testing now with a 2015 LG with the latest beta Emby Server, and both Dlna Play To and the Dlna Server are working out of the box with no problems. Please try again. Thanks.
