Suggestion: consistent navigation options

I noticed that if I'm looking at my main Movies or Shows or Episodes views, I have the "1-100 of 496 <-  ->" navigation/filter options at both the top and bottom of the list. But if I go into collections, it's only at the top. Seems to make sense that after I've scrolled to the bottom of a list, I should be able to navigate from there rather than have to scroll back to the top. Don't know how many times I thought some of my collections were missing because it ended in the S's and there were no arrows so I thought that was it before I remembered to go back to the top.
