Roku has released firmware updates with playback fixes recently so I would make sure your device is up to date in system settings.

You are using qsv? Your logs are showing that ffmpeg is missing quicksync codec support. Maybe turn that option in transcoding settings back to auto.

You can set the maximum video bitrate to its highest value. This should allow more things to play without transcoding. Edited by speechles
