Dashboard will not stop showing music albums under recently added

I have tried quite a few possible fixes. I have removed my music library and then re-added it, I have tried all the settings under "Home screen settings", allowing music to be shown under latest media, and then removing it.

 

But for some reason the same five songs appear no matter what

 

If I add new albums, and have settings to ignore them in recent media on the dashboard home page, they won't, and all is fine. Also, the opposite is true if, I add new albums and want to show music in the recent media tiles they will.

 

 

But it is these pesky five or six songs which will not go away...

 

Not sure if logs would help here because in most cases the albums are doing exactly what they should when added, and also the rest of the albums these five or six songs appear on seem to be okay as well.

 

Also, seems to be happening in Andriod client.

 

I notice that music doesn't have a "checkmark" for played and unplayed.

 

If I listen to these songs from beginning to end, the dashboard still shows them under latest media as if they were not played
