Couple questions on casting

When I try to cast a music album to any device from my phone using the EMBY app (android) it only plays one song and stops instead of playing the whole album.. Any way to get it to play the whole album. When not casting it does play the whole album.

 

Another issue I am having is that my phone is able to cast to my Shield TV however my wife's phone does not see the Shield TV. We both have the same phones, same software and versions. Any ideas

 

For both situations I have verified that we are on the lattest Emby app.

When was the last time you tried to play a full album? I am testing this right now and it is working fine. Can you tell me how you started it? To play a full album, I connected to Chromecast, then I click the dot menu of an album followed by Play. Can you try this again? Thanks.

 

As for the nexus player, are you trying to connect immediately after opening the app? I have noticed that sometimes it takes a good 30 seconds to detect the device, but i haven't seen any issues yet of it failing to detect.
