mouseover shortcuts passing into item

I'm not sure if this started in 3.0.5781.6 or earlier, but the four mouseover shortcuts (Played, Thumb down, Thumb up, Favorite) are performing their function, but also changing screens to the item as if you just clicked the poster. They aren't really shortcuts anymore if I still have to go back a screen to continue what I was doing. The popup menu button inside the mouseover is not having this problem.

 

Checked with Chrome 47.0.2526.80m and IE 11.0.9600.18097/11.0.25
