External Web Page Launcher as Server Plugin

It would be nice to be able to add web page links to all the online media services we subscribe to and have them setup in server and display on not only the web client but all the various players.

Have Comcast Xfinity? Add a link to it. Have a Crackle Account? Add it as a link. Want to keep an eye on your fantasy football league too? Why not add a link to it. All organized in a folder named External Media or External Links or whatever you want to name it.

I realize some devices like Iphone and android would just tell the use he needs to load an app. But for most other devices, especially those of us on a desktop machine, it would work great. Not always remote friendly. But most those sites will never be remote friendly and we still need to use them anyway.

 

This way it is not only organizing our own personal media, but all our various external media services as well.
