dragoncb234 0
So I just recently flipped to emby after getting fed up with plex remote stream stuttering and freezing. It used way more bandwidth than it should, emby on the other hand does a great job in that department. However using the web app with 2.0 stereo audio seems to be causing issues for me. My set up is a laptop with an hdmi to a tv. Then optical to a receiver with 5.1 audio. On plex audio sounds fine for all files. On emby it sounds fine for 5.1 files however 2.0 stereo files play the same section of audio in every speaker. Resulting in the dialog coming from every speaker instead of just the center channel and maybe a little on the Left and Right channels. Plex on the other hand via the web app using stereo files plays everything just fine via the web app. Any way to fix this issue?
