If she watches any episode - no matter what point she quits, it will say the episode was watched and will not save her progress. I thought maybe it had to do with the settings and the fact that it was a 30 minute show because it was not happening with hour-long shows. But Simpsons saves its spot. Let me know where to look in server logs or .nfos or anywhere else there might be info and I'll provide it. It's really frustrating her a lot. Thanks! Try refreshing the episodes in the metadata manager for the show and seeing if it fixes the problem.
