Multiple HLS streams failing ?

Hi

 

I am using "emby tv" I can't seem to get more than one live tv stream at a time. The first one starts and plays just fine. When you try a second one you just get a couple of frames and it hangs. When you attempt to kill the failed stream from the app the tuner gets released but ffmpeg continues to try to do something and the process needs to be killed from the task manager.

 

I could understand if quality was impacted due to transcoding resources, but I would think the second stream would play.

 

Testing clients win 10 app and ios. temp transcoding path tried in custom location(where it has been forever) and the default (just to eliminate that variable.) no difference.
