Unlock playback in-app purchase

Guys, I purchased the unlock playback feature (one time $4.99) today as soon as I installed Emby on one of my iPads.

 

Things went well since it unlocked playback. (I connect to my local server only from my local network).

 

I installed Emby on my other 2 iOS devices tied to the same Apple ID as the first iPad, restored the in app purchase, and as expected, playback worked.

 

All this happened in the morning. I let my kids play with the iPads, and later in the day, I tried to play music on one of the iPads where I had restored the purchase. However this time, the playback didn't work. I got the screen that said I needed a premium subscription and there was a button called "Restore", that when I tapped it, caused Emby to close unexpectedly.

 

I deleted Emby and reinstalled it, restoring the in app purchase. This made the playback work again.

 

As I checked with the other iOS devices, there's something that is resetting the applied in app purchase and making playback to stop working.

 

Does any one know why is this happening? Maybe a bug that needs to be squashed?
