ravenj 2 Posted November 13, 2015 Share Posted November 13, 2015 Hello, I've installed emby on my android and I need to adjust the bitrate transcoding dynamically according to my connection type. P.ex. If I'm on wifi my bitrate shouldn't exceed 2Mbps but if I'm on 4G my bitrate can't exceed 750bkps due to data usage. Is it possible to set bitrate according to my connection or do I have to set it manually everytime my connection changes? Thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Luke 37086 Posted November 13, 2015 Share Posted November 13, 2015 we don't currently have separate settings but if you just leave it on Auto it will perform some tests to dynamically calculate the bitrate. for most people this should be the best approach.
