API to Create a Collection

Is there an API to create a collection?

 

With the help of @@spootdev I now have a Python Script which searches through all of my movies for content with German audio tracks.  I'd like to create a "German" collection, and add the resulting content from that search into the collection.

 

This way when I have Germany speaking family here, they can watch content in German.
