gillmacca 17 Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 Some of the primary images for tv episodes are not showing up, even though they have been downloaded (tried downloaded different ones and manually adding images). https://www.dropbox.com/s/qk7bkis6hzdxaof/Screenshot%202015-11-05%2013.03.24.png?dl=0 server ,log: https://www.dropbox.com/s/nfcsbys9peq8nx1/server-63582294630.txt?dl=0
gillmacca 17 Posted November 7, 2015 Author Posted November 7, 2015 After no response here, I have tried uninstall and reinstalled the dev server, I now have no images at all in the web client or nowtv app (even after a library scan), although images appear fine in the android and samsung tv apps. I have tried the web client in both chrome and edge I have also rebooted my server, router, and laptop. Latest server log: https://www.dropbox.com/s/52t9a3r6pz527xi/server-63582451200.txt?dl=0 Could I get some help here please
Luke 38864 Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 if they're working in some apps then i would say they are probably working but just slow to appear in the others.
gillmacca 17 Posted November 7, 2015 Author Posted November 7, 2015 Well I have left my browser window open on the home page of the web client and my nowtv app on for over 30 mins now, and still no images
Luke 38864 Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 you could try clicking the refresh page button in the browser and/or re-opening the app. there also appears to be a lot of server activity downloading metadata so you could stop scheduled tasks to reduce the load. you also have a lot of plugins installed and a potentially older 2-core system so you could try removing plugins as another way of reducing the load.
gillmacca 17 Posted November 7, 2015 Author Posted November 7, 2015 Strangely enough, i just installed the latest dev version, and all of a sudden all my images are showing now
Luke 38864 Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 they were working the whole time but a little slow to appear. that's why i suggested reducing the load on your system.
