emby very slow loading movies/tv possible upnp issue?

Hi, not sure whats going on but emby classic is acting pretty weird past couple of days. taking about 2-3 mins to load seasons for a tv show once tv show is selected, metadata for everything movies, tv shows is slow. log files get up to about 30-50MB in size. I looked at the log files and one thing I noticed repeated over and over is upnp 2015-10-31 19:14:36.7735 Info - App: HttpClientManager POST: http://10.7.0.4:9000/plugins/UPnP/MediaRenderer/RenderingControl/control?player=00%3A00%3A00%3A00%3A00%3A01 which is for my Logitech media server. I don't know if this is part of dlna or what but I was wondering if there was a way to stop emby from picking this upnp device up.

Also I see a lot of 2015-10-31 19:14:36.8360 Debug - App: Deleting item entries under metadata for stuff I don't even have, almost like its deleting temp data from live tv even though I though emby classic did not have live tv. Maybe im reading it wrong its driving me crazy with all the problems I am having. any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
