Teddy 51
I did a clean install of Emby Server 3.0.5781.0 and it seems like there are actors who are in a kind of blacklist. For example the Jerry Lewis actor. I have several films of his and does not appear on the web client, or Emby for WMC, it seems Sever not want fetch this actor, but he is in the XML file or nfo.I did a clean database, refresh people, scan media library and even erasing all data of the movie but without success. Any ideas of this mysterious behavior ? https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/24062-the-patsy Edited November 1, 2015 by Teddy

Solution custardcream 1 Posted November 1, 2015 Solution Share Posted November 1, 2015 (edited) What does his .xml file say? It should be located by default at C:\Users\$USER\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\metadata\People\J (where $USER is your Windows user) I've had people "drop off" when there was an issue there (the folder title might be Jerry Lewis but the xml might say something else, for example). Teddy 51
custardcream , you are right, the XML file contains misinformation artist. I've fixed manually and it is now recognized. Thanks for your help
