DurMonAtor 1 Posted October 20, 2015 Share Posted October 20, 2015 Hey, I am using my HTC to try and cast to my apple tv, but I don't seem to be able too, I have to resort to loading up the old media browser app on my ipad and leave the screen on. I'm hoping someone could help, I've had it selected on emby for android and been waiting five minutes for it to start, but nothing so far. As soon as I switch to chromecast that seems fine. It plays as expected, so is there a little bug that stops android casting to Apple TV? I'm running version 2.4.30 If you need logs, where from, phone or server? Luke 37119 Posted October 20, 2015 Share Posted October 20, 2015 we have never mentioned casting to apple tv as supported from the mobile android app. when the new apple tv comes out i imagine it will bring renewed interest to the entire apple tv platform so perhaps we'll revisit then.
