knottz 9 Posted October 17, 2015 Share Posted October 17, 2015 (edited) First of all this problem I have only happens on the ps4's web browser which emby identifies as Safari.The problem is, every time a user using the ps4 browser watches something. It works great but then if they go to play the next episode in a series etc the video stays black and when looking in the admin menu at active users it shows the users as not trying to watch anything, ways around this problem are to refresh the page or re-choose/adjust the video quality or sound source.Weird bug and it wouldn't surprise me if it was just PS4's browser been bad.This happens on numerous different ps4's as me and my friends all use my home server. If someone knows a trick that would be awesome otherwise I figured it was worth noting atleast.EDIT: Just to clarify this bug happens every single time. Solution Luke 37085 Posted October 17, 2015 Solution Share Posted October 17, 2015 the ps4 browser is in dire need of upgrade. we're doing our best to maintain compatibility with old browsers but we're also moving forward with new features that can sometimes make that difficult. i'll see if i can find anything that might causing this. workaround in the meantime would just be a page refresh in between videos. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
