New features not available via Connect 3.0.5768 Beta Released

I noticed that some of the new features (i.e. multi select and image editing) do not show up when I use connect through emby.media however it works via my direct URL. Is it is intended to be this way?

Yes... The connect client is only updated to stable releases I believe
