mit3gt 6 Posted October 12, 2015 Share Posted October 12, 2015 Hello. I use ServerWMC for live TV. Everything seems to work fine. It plays/pauses/resumes the live stream with no issues. However, when I try to seek (rewind) a live stream I get an "unable to seek" message followed by a "failed to load video" error message which stops the live stream. I was just wondering if seeking of a live TV stream was supported on the Fire TV (Gen2). My apologies if this this should have been posted in the Live TV section. I just get the message that you cannot seek and the stream continues on. What version of the app? Does the display say it is transcoding or direct streaming (Trans/I or Direct/I)? I can get to those. As far as not being able to seek, is this something that might be available in the future? Emby + Fire TV seems like a really good solution.
