The problem seemed to happens when TV Tunes is enabled, but no custom path were set (the user decides not to sync their Emby themes to Kodi). The custom version I've put together should correct the auto play issue and you can use it until the next version of tv tunes (which should contain the final fix) is released by the author in the official Kodi repository.
