Offline access when server not available

I have some content synced to my work laptop (to watch during lunch) and I just ran into what I think is a bug.

 

My work laptop is of course connected to the internet but my Emby server is not accessible (not sure why - off topic issue). However I am not being given the option to access Emby offline, I'm guessing this is because it is detecting that I infact have a working internet connection. I would have expected it to give me the option to work offline if my server is not reachable as well.

 

I am using app version 3.4.3.352 and here are the logs, I've disguised the URL of my server.
