Try it and let us know. Not many people have come forward to test m3u unfortunately, and i don't have an m3u url for testing.

I've tried it, but it didn't load. It says selected tuner is not online or something. But server is online and reachable.

And one more issue: when I load local m3u playlist EmbyTV doesn't load sub folders from the playlist , ex movie, sport, science. It loads only the first channels from the group ( and channel is with wrong name. Ex "exinf-1 group movie Sky).

Where can I find log file to add it here?

Thanks!

For the first one

How to report a problem

For the second, we just see it as a flat list of channels, not groups. We are probably going to need to see more demand for m3u before we start putting more time into it. We had a six week beta for the new live tv feature and i think only one m3u user came forward to help test.

Dang, is there a way to have the clients access rstp streams or http streams directly without going through the emby server. Just the emby player accessing the stream directly. I am making the switch from kodi in our school district and this would be perfect minus it not accessing streams from our WOWZA streaming server.
