ctrlaltdefeat 8
When I create a new sync job it gets the status "Queued" and doesn't get any items (http://i.imgur.com/rGPePxn.png) The Next up sync job I've had working for months doesn't work anymore either. I tried rebooting and am unsure what kind of things I could try more. Log: https://gist.github.com/CtrlAltDefeat94/5295009c3cbd9d6a39fd
Luke 37107
I just tested this and no problem was found. You could try creating new jobs and see how that goes. If you applied any limits like watched or item count limits, try not setting those to see how it goes.
ctrlaltdefeat 8
New sync jobs don't seem to work either, they will just stay with 0 items
Luke 37107
ensure the content is visible to that user. try single item sync jobs. try removing plugins to see if there's any impact.
ctrlaltdefeat 8
ensure the content is visible to that user. try single item sync jobs. try removing plugins to see if there's any impact. The episodes/shows are visible to the user. However, the option to sync a single episode is not there for all episodes (http://i.imgur.com/zYPv1Rx.png) Some shows(all non-anime and some anime) work just fine, I add a sync job and they work perfectly. But other anime do not work at all(like I said, they dont get any items). It seems that there is correlation between the sync button not being available for a single episode and no items being added to a sync job. Luke 37107
it needs to have a known runtime in order to be syncable, so check that in the web interface. if not, try refreshing it.
ctrlaltdefeat 8
Why does it need that? Wouldn't just the ep numbers suffice to determine the order of episodes?
Luke 37107
In order to protect against users trying to sync videos that are infinite streams. I will remove this restriction for the next server release so that a metadata problem doesn't cause it to be unsyncable
ctrlaltdefeat 8
Alright. I'll wait for the next release and try it out. Thanks
